Volunteer at a code club or start one in your community!
Kyra Whitworth volunteers at Harmony Tech Camp for Girls in the Code Club. She introduces girls to technology and engineering through hands-on activities.
"I want to encourage girls because the landscape of having a career is changing so quickly. It is easy to get discouraged and just seeing a person you can relate to in the field helps so much."

Employees Inspire the Next Generation at Broadcom Foundation Sponsored Fairs
Broadcom Inc. volunteers judge science and engineering fairs as either category judges or special award judges for our very own Broadcom Coding with Commitment™ recognition. They encourage and recognize young people who use coding to help or improve their community.
“This is a rare opportunity to keep a pulse on what young minds think are worthwhile issues to address using technology. Every single submission that I reviewed provided inspiration, and I shared the experience with my daughter who was equally inspired.”
Dave Cosgrove, Broadcom Inc., R&D Engineer, ESD
